Very nice new aged care accomodation catering for low and high care residents. Good to see Covid precautions taken seriously.
Staff very professional and competent. You have to go through all the Covid admission procedures . But that's ok as we need to protect the elderly. I visited my mate and was impressed with the facilities and the quality of food etc..Bob is in good hands.
Our experience was poor and if I could rate Trinity Manor management lower I would. Unhappy experience for my 94 year old Father who we had to take out and management behaviour towards my 89 year old mother.
Been working 1 year already and present. They help me a lot . Good Director and and clinical management they always make sure the cleaniness of facility , respect elders choice and work with dignity and no abuse both elders and employees.
Staff are friendly and facilities are clean and well presented
