Took my 90 year old father to have a look at this particular facility since he had seen other ones and needed to decide where he wanted to go. After meeting Meesha who was a very caring person and spent time with dad taking him around he couldn’t wait to go into this lovely place. Amazing and caring staff that made him feel like they were his family as well. I have to say that Meesha had a very special effect on my dad and it was sad that he passed away before he got the chance to spend time there because he was looking forward to it. Thanks again Meesha you are a special lady and your company are very lucky to have you.

I would think that all the projects of Victoria’s Big Build could’ve been completed 3 or 4 years ago.

I cannot thank the amazing staff enough for making my elderly mother feel so at home . I can leave after a visit reassured that she is in the best hands.The food is not only nutritious but delicious, the nursing staff are efficient and caring, the general staff are like family, any issues that arise are dealt with swiftly and my Mum has put on weight, regained her confidence and admitted that she feels very comfortable and happy there and she should have come there sooner.

Mum has been here for 5 years on Sept 1st Opal Health became the new owners, what a difference they have made Great food restaurant quality, residents are treated with respect by both staff and management Communication with families is fantastic , we are invited to a bbq lunch every fortnight so we can sit and share a meal with our loved ones I highly recommend this facility keep up the great work

My father was living here for a year . He could be a bit of a handful at time , But the staff and management showed such compassion towards my dad . They had lovely meals, excellent lifestyle program. For my fathers last year I could honestly say he was never lonely and had such a good social life. The Staff were incredible to dad and other residents , that I observed. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that wanted their loved one to be cared for.
