The staff here are amazing. We had my grandmothers 86th birthday last weekend, andnthe staff did everything to accommodate us. The facility is clean, the care is exceptional and there are many activities for the residents. Thank you
At Bupa Templestowe Friendly and clean environment, Executive Management are very approachable, professional, they listen to your feedback and act on situations that arises Bupa staff are very approachable in such a busy working environment. Staff are kind, caring towards their residents and family members. I have seen this first hand, how caring the staff can be, as I do 1 on 1 with one of their residents. I find Bupa Management have their hand tied as GOVT doesn't accommodate with staff RATIO to RESIDENTS as again I know first hand this has always been a problem in ALL AGED CARE FACILITIES- not Management and GOVT need to rectify this alot of families wouldn't understand this problem. BUPA TEMPLESTOWE facilities are clean I find they go ABOVE and BEYOND to help Residents with their needs and give them a great Quality of life. I would recommend BUPA TEMPLESTOWE to any friends and family as their culture is inspiring, safe, honourable and very professional
The staff at Bupa Aged Care have given everything during the pandemic to support the residents, sacrificed their family time, holidays during this challenging time in Australia.
On behalf of our deceased mother Toula Sapikas we would like to thank all the staff at Bupa Templestowe for the excellent care she received. The nurses, carers, kitchen staff and doctors were all very kind to our mother and it was a comfort to the family to see that she was happy there (especially when she was helping in the office). While it was a very difficult time for the family, knowing that she was well cared for made it easier.
