Where is the option for 10 STARS! Grace Villa is an outstanding Aged Care facility, more like a home really. I reviewed 8 other facilities before deciding on Grace Villa. My mum was well looked after with care and dedication, the staff at all levels are awesome, nothing was too difficult. Consider the following – upon entry into Grace Villa, my mum gained a healthy weight, reduced her medication and enjoyed other peoples company, which she had not for a long time and avoided the COVID problems many other facilities encountered, this is all because it’s managed well within a family business framework. Grace Villa is an excellent privately owned Aged Care facility. It is very clean. The owners and staff are friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend an inspection of Grace Villa if you are looking for accommodation for a loved one.

We feel very fortunate to have had our mother looked after at Grace Villa over the last six years. The love and care shown by the staff from day one has been exceptional and mum was very appreciative of the attention she received. Grace Villa is a family run business and we felt like mum was being looked after by family. Especially during the periods where Covid restrictions meant we couldn't visit in person we knew that mum was in good hands. As her need for greater levels of care increased the staff were magnificent in looking after her. A huge thank you to all the staff at Grace Villa, we would give six stars if we could.

My Mum looked at quite a few Nursing Homes before she settled into Grace Villa. Some of them were high end nursing homes run by big companies, and awesome designs, BUT all she experienced was empty care run by casual staff that was frustrating and very difficult to meet her needs. Professional carers at Grace Villa have worked there for over 10 years plus, and have a quality, that displays compassion, respect and patience. My mum loves her home which is in an exceptional large bedroom. They look after Mum, listen to her needs which are warmth, cleanliness, exercise, music, art, Mum loves her bowls of soup, and staff read the newspapers to her as her eyesight has deteriorated. Thank U ALL I appreciate your kindness, your gentleness and patience in taking care of my mum especially through COVID. Every resident has been safe through this Brave New World. Be proud of ALL that you do, for ALL the residents at Grace Villa. Your team has fulfilled this role with excellence.
