Wonderful aged care facilities
The management were very unprofessional in their dealing with the family of the resident and left them inbthe lurch at short notice. Telephone calls were not returned in a timely manner covid or no covid they just ised it as an excuse as there was no reason they could not put on more staff to handle things better.
