Good place and has a peaceful feel to it staff helpful and friendly to and offer support
Have had our aunt here for 6 months. Has been a little rocky at times but the new manager is making some great improvements to care delivery. Things are looking up.
It ticks all the boxes where it truly matters, environment, care, lifestyle, nutrition and the most helpful management & staff i have had the pleasure of dealing with. The rooms are spacious, well appointed in a beautiful setting. Knowing that Nan is in good hands is bliss.
in the four months that our mum has been living at coogee we have had nothing but very good interaction with both staff and management,we have found them nothing less than courteous,vigilant and understanding. we are informed as soon as possible with any issues regarding mum and they always listen if we have any input regarding her,she has settled in well and made lots of new friends and is for the most part happy. finding a good home for your loved ones can be very hard but we would have no problem recommending coogee.
