We moved my Uncle into this facility after visiting many other local care facilities and after doing extensive research. It was the best decision we ever made in relation to his care. The staff and facilities are just wonderful and although it was hard not to see him during COVID19, we were at peace knowing he was receiving excellent care. Homestyle's ongoing communication with families during the pandemic was excellent.

Care, commitment and communication during Covid19 has been exceptional. All staff at Ferndale Gardens have been fantastic and they should be proud of the good work they are doing. My father is well cared for and the wonderful activity staff are always willing to go out of their way to make sure we can speak with him as much as possible in these difficult times. So thankful he is safe are cared for.

Having a loved one move into care is a huge transition for both the person themselves and their families. The amazing, caring and compassionate staff at Ferndale Gardens made the transition for my mum as easy as possible. The staff treat the residents with the utmost respect and create a very friendly atmosphere for both residents and visitors. The lovely gardens and premises are beautifully kept and the decor is bright and fresh. My mum was very happy at Ferndale. She enjoyed the company of both other residents and staff, participated in the various activities in the main lounge, often commented on how nice the meals were and loved her room with glass doors out onto a lovely sunny courtyard. Every time I visited, I'd be greeted by the smiles of the staff who also provided great support when I needed it the most.

Excellent facility for aged care. Carers are plentiful & on the ball premises clean & attractive, also security is very good. Staff all so friendly & good humoured. Thanks for the care you give my mum.
