I am from music of joy am I'm a singer entertainer. Every time I go San Carlo to perform the staff organise a excellent afternoon for the residents. The residents and staff really get into the singing and dancing. Seeing smiles on the staff and residents make it all worth it.

Absolutely under no circumstances leave your loved here . Do not be fooled by the bells and whistles , after all it’s about the quality of care and your loved one will not receive it here . It’s all about profit and nothing else . I had to go everyday to check on my husband and he was left soiled , not showered or shaved , it broke my heart . He then ended up In hospital , and thank god in the end , as he was placed somewhere else . DO NOT BE FOOLED PLEASE THE MANAGEMENT VERY BAD

Amazing place, my Nonna put on 8kg during her 3 1/2years at San Carlo. Support from staff was incredible during her passing. Definitely recommend this place.

Don't just look at the beautiful rooms they have there, that's all they have at the San Carlo. If you're looking for a place where you want your loved ones to be looked after that's the wrong place. Unfortunately my mum passed away five months ago while in their care with an injury on her head which they didn't know how she got it, after two days they decide to send her to the hospital because she was unresponsive, I was told it could've been a bleeding in the brain, she passed away three days later. The San Carlo have signed a form for the inquest in to her death that she had a fall !! They had never informed me she had a fall and why wasn't she taken to the hospital when she fell if she did? Bad management and all liers and all for profit

During the time.my mother was submitted to San Carlo homes for the age. They have be supportive and also experience when we need attention. The most important thing is that. The service they provide to our mother is at a good level. It's very important to make not only our mother. But also other to feel they are taking care of.. And the service remain at a high level of careness. Keep the good work up.
