My father has been here for 2 years, he is showered daily, looked after amazingly. The food standards are amazing, just like home made food. If you are thinking of placing your loved one here I would highly recommend it!
My Mum has been there 7 weeks, she has been treated beautifully by all staff there. We have been made welcome and are treated like we're all family
My dad Noah has just moved in from another care home where he was for 3 years the other home didn’t want him to leave, thus far it’s been 1 week and nothing to complain about, very clean staff are helpful and always willing to help, dad is close to the family now we take him out a lot. My mother in law who had only been a resident for a short time passed away last week and although her care whilst there particularly from the lovely Bella , was fine and everyone was friendly, we are very disappointed that no one has contacted us to extend their condolences, especially from Matthew, the client services person . 13/08/2020 we received a phone call today from Matthew regarding our review, l may have jumped the gun a little in posting the above and l have apologized however l still think a call sooner than later would be more appropriate
