Rebecca on the gate today was the most efficient yet. Very thorough .. More importantly, mum loves being a resident and is given the best care
Great for the aged great caring staff
I was incredibly disappointed in the lack of care my Oma experienced. Only one of the nurses was kind towards her and called her by the correct name. Everything from the food to the toileting routine was horrible. I do not recommend.
Very pleased with MACS Geelong, I'm able to visit my mother close by and have full confidence in the staff and absolutely love the array of activities and setup they have. Couldn't be happier.
This is a great place, incredible staff and amazing service to it clients and their family's. Highly recommended, attention to clients needs is a priority, thank you for doing an incredible service.
