Had an appointment there - I don't know anything else about the venue. Hard to find parking!
amazing care and great friendly staff. had my grandma live there for the last 3 years of her life and was so glad to see her happy again and well taken care of.
The staff are always approachable and happy to try to make time to listen to any worries or questions I may have. They’re always on the ball and quick to act, which gives me peace of mind as a family member to know that my relative is in safe hands
Had a dear friend as resident in Belmont TLC .Spent many months until he sadly passed away. Could not have spent his last days with more love and care. Thanks TLC.
It is difficult to review such an important facility, given it's impact on people lives. The staff are fantastic; professional and caring. The rooms are well lit, clean, and air conditioned and heated. There are gym, communal TV areas, and a bright communal dining room. There is also an oncall doctor, and a full time physio. The place isn't perfect. A wonky ceiling fan has taken over 3 weeks to fix. Around lunch time it is hard to find staff. Uninvited people can wander into your loved one's bedroom. It would appear these issues are universal to the aged care sector. So the question is, would I send another member of the family there? Yes. But go and view the place for yourself to make your own judgement.
