About our home
Meadow Heights Care Community is a residential aged care home nestled among nearby parklands, reserves and the Greenvale Reservoir. The care community offers 24/7 respite, permanent and dementia care in comfortabe single and companion rooms with ensuties. One of the best aged care facility in the area. Staff helped me with the tour and felt very homily environment for the elderly with lots of activities. Very caring staff members and the facility was clean and well organised.
My father has been living at Opal Meadow Heights for 6 months. Overall, we are very happy about their service. Staff and management are very friendly and caring. It is a multiculturally respectful environment that every resident feels belong and has right to voice their requests anytime. A good place to live peacefully.
I have visited this nursing home for my grand mother last week. Even though its a small nursing home, this place is amazingly clean, tidy and well looked after. The courtyards are amazing and noticed that the residents are enjoying the bright sunshine outside. All the staffs we met were really helpful and supportive with a smile on the face.
My Mother has been at Opal Roxburgh for the last 4 years and I can't speak highly enough of the facility, the nursing staff and in particular the current manager, the weekly newsletter to all residents family and friends keeping us informed is greatly appreciated especially in these very challenging times. Before the current manager joined Opal Roxburgh there was very little contact from Opal regarding my Mum or any other matter. The nursing staff are wonderful and always ready to help. My family and I would like to thank all concerned for a great job, well done. We are very grateful to Opal Roxburgh.
