Facility and staff were amazing when looking after my grandparents. Staff are thorough, friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this place. Thank you
THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!! Would never enter this place again. No care at all. This place is terrible. Management doesn’t know what they are doing. - residents always complaining about the food - my family member was there 4 months and there were 5 new chefs - my family member had passed away for many many housers before we walked in the room and found them. - no care given. - glasses and cutlery handed by the tops. - no one speaks English LISTS COULD GO ON AND ON!
Although my father was a resident for a short time due to his terminal illness, the staff were amazing. He loved each and every one of them and ranted about how much he loved being there. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome with every visit. They supported us immensely at the end of his life and I cannot thank them enough.
I’ve tried calling numerous times within the business house and EVERY time I get a voice recording saying to leave a message. It’s my wife’s nanna’s birthday and we can’t get a message put through to her. And it was 3.30pm! Completely unacceptable
