Adventcare Nunawading...you guys are the best! You did everything to make Dad's 90th a special day. Taking the time to get videos from the family, photos and calls to Dad and printing pics out for Dad to see.....I'm so grateful for all your time today to help us celebrate the only way possible at this point. I just wanted him to have a balloon with 90 on it and you even provided that..forever thankful.....

Great to see an Aged Care with a sensible approach to our dear old ones. While others hold them in a virtual Covid jail with no visitation rights I was glad to hear this story A dance sounds wonderful. So many people think aged care is physical only. They totaly disregard the mental suffering of inmates in other facilities. We will be thinking of this one when our mother moves from her current virtual jail As long as Covid free I see no issue.

Extremely disappointed with the level of care provided for my step dad who required palliative. The level of care at AdventCare Whitehorse was so poor that we removed him only a few days after being admitted. The staff lacked the proper training and skills to meet even the most basic palliative care requirements. As a result our family and step dad suffered unnecessary stress and pain in his final days. We would not recommend AdventCare Whitehorse for your loved ones.
