Thank Goodness for this facility ! They took our very sick Dad in & cared for him- when we were struggling to find a place for him. They improved his well being in no time. Staff & Doctors were amazing to Dad & also us in his last months of life. During Covid lockdowns, we felt assured he was being well cared for. We are forever grateful to have found WV.

Almost 3 years of my work experience at WVAC, I really enjoyed to work here as a lifestyle assistant, the most amazing people - caring, professional , loving with endles empathy . Wonderful management. I learned a lot during my time here , always got support and green light for all my ideas like yoga, meditation with aromatherapy, chair yoga dancing, memory support bus outings. The lifestyle coordinator Laurina is outstanding, easy and pleasure to work with . I highly recommend WVAC to everyone , great place to work.

Mum & Dad went into care at Waverley Valley a year ago and have only have had the best care and attention from staff with all needs meet. Mum has physically improved with work from the physios. Dads hi needs have been dealt with extremely well from staff & in house doctor. Lifestyle staff always friendly with a smile. I have lunch with my parents weekly & the quality of the food & service is always of a high standard. Clean with modern decor and has a homely feel.

My wife Alison has been a resident for six months and her level of care is outstanding. The staff at Waverley Valley Aged Care are so caring and are always smiling which indicates to me that they enjoy their work. Over the recent Christmas period I attended all of the celebrations scheduled by the lifestyle department and the excellent meals from the well appointed kitchen. The food was just so well presented and the staff made attending these special days just a joy. My wife Alison enjoyed herself immensely. Apart from these special days life for the two of us at WVAC is so relaxing and from day one we have been made very welcome by management and care staff alike. Entering and aged care facility and making decisions for your loved one is quite stressful and it comes at a time when your youthful energy has deserted you but Alison and I have been treated with respect and genuine concern from the outset and I sincerely thank the Admissions Manager and all care staff in providing Alison with a home to enjoy for the ensuing days ahead.
