mecwacare Simon Price Centre is a newly developed aged care residence in Mont Albert North, accommodating up to 100 residents in an ageing in place environment.

The state-of-the-art building features large bedrooms and suites with balconies offering views across Melbourne. The design prioritises integration with the local environment, including preserved native eucalyptus trees and thoughtful landscaping at both front and rear setbacks.

Resident amenities include spacious communal lounges, light-filled dining areas, a cinema, cafe, library, wine bar, and wellbeing salon. The facility offers private dining areas and landscaped gardens. The center provides personalised care with specially trained staff and customised dietary programs to meet individual needs and requirements. Named after mecwacare's long-serving Board Member and Life Governor, the late Simon Price, this contemporary facility represents a significant upgrade in aged care services for the Mont Albert North area.
