I feel so lucky that my Mum is a resident at Warrandyte Gardens Care Community in Ringwood North. The staff are kind and caring. They are observant and have the interests of the residents uppermost in their minds. I get a call if there are any concerns. The meals are delicious, the rooms are lovely, the activities are varied and I feel confident that she is happy and well cared for and safe.
In 2021, I had two periods of respite care for post operative care in Warrandyte Gardens. Staff were most attentive and caring. All residents were treated with dignity and respect. I have the highest praise for Warrandyte Gardens
Both of my parents came to Warrandyte Gardens over 4 years ago. It's a big and emotional step for them and for the family. Of course there were initial issues but nothing compared to family members trying to look after our parents at home with no medical knowledge and equipment to care for them. When my dad passed away the staff were so kind and compassionate and did so much to help fill the void when we couldn't be there. They attended his funeral and made my mum look so special on the day of the funeral. The staff are incredible and mum feels loved and safe. Covid was a difficult time for everyone but the staff did everything possible to keep mum safe and engaged. My siblings and I are at peace that mum is safe and also very happy. I highly recommend Warrandyte Gardens for aged care.
We are so pleased that we chose Warrandyte Gardens for Mum. Even with her memory and falls issues she is happy and feels safe. She enjoys a lot of the many weekly activities, the beautiful gardens and having company in the kind and caring staff; and seeing the other friendly residents daily - that happily reminds her she is not the only one growing old.
