Since Sept 2021 when wonderful Manager and most Hungarian speaking staff were stood down the entire facility has deteriorated terribly. Poor communication, excessively expensive. Facilities in poor condition. Tressle tables used for dining. Revolving door of staff with very few Hungarian speaking. Manager and key staff don't speak Hungarian. No responsibility taken for vital missing items. My fathers hearing aids and dentures disappeared without explanation. Very poor interstaff hand-over communication. Very limited activities and virtually no one on one time spent with the residents.

Since workers have been sacked due to Covid vaccine mandates and replaced by temporary staff who have no interest for the well-being of our loved ones. The standard of care has drastically declined. Residents are not being looked after and the new staff are rude and unconcerned.

This Hungarian based aged care facility seems to be really good and provide great care. My grandmother has been in the Arpad Aged Care facility for many years and she is very happy with it, as is the rest of out family.

The staff at Arpad aged care were wonderful when my father stayed there recently for a respite stay. From the nurses to the chef and everyone else their loving care and thoughtfulness is appreciated.
