Cant thank staff enough. They are so good to the residents. Its a great place the residents are all well cared for food is lovely. Great outings and always something for the residents to do. My mum is very happy there.

I can't recommend the staff highly enough. With my Mother in law unable to return home from hospital the whole process was made so very easy. From my 1st point of contact to the staff that have been caring for her since. They have helped her settle in with ease and each visit she is smiling and telling us how great the staff are. When we visit the staff are friendly and helpful to our needs. She is now eating again too and said the meals are really nice. Big thumbs up to everyone there.

If you value your loved ones, do not take them to Star Gardens. My husband received very little compassion and no duty of care they espouse to. He had a chest cough and I would find him laying under a fan or with a window open and breeze coming in on him . He also said the meals were horrible so he stopped eating and little if anything was done for him. Suffice to say he died shortly after.
