Mum and I were made to feel comfortable from the time mum was admitted in August 2019. It’s a calm environment with plenty, varied and appropriate activities to keep people occupied. Carers are always polite and do everything possible to maintain comfort and safety. It’s also nice walking in to the smell home cooking, meals look and smell good, mum has no complaints. Physio and OT services provide exercise programs suitable for each person. Mum has a fall in February and had hip replacement, all staff have done their best to ensure safe recovery. I strongly recommend Opal Warrnambool for professional and friendly care.
