Great facility, even better with the new wing and recent renovations. Very caring and professional staff.
Great home, friendly staff and good care.
I just completed a six month stint working at Warrina Aged Care. The staff are hard working and the residents are lovely old people. The problem is the owner/Manager. He is an extremely poor leader and arogrant to his hard working staff. My advice would be to avoid this Aged care facility at all costs. I worked in maintanance and there was far too much that needed fixing that the rude owner wouldn't spend money on. It was shocking. There were privacy breaches and staff getting underpaid, a COVID outbreak. It really could not have been any worse.
