Wonderful staff and very considerate during our visit. One of the best and cleanest nursing homes I have ever been to.
My Dad had an unexpected stay and has been well looked after
Dad stayed here for 2 weeks of respite care. He was totally anti aged care homes before this visit - probably worried by all the terrible stories that are out there. Warrigal Bundanoon has completely changed his mind. Staff have been really attentive and caring. The facilities and setting are really nice. He has even enjoyed the food.
This place is great, especially when the old fashioned phones from the late 90's need to be re calibrated, and when i was the person who had to do it.
The staff are usually pretty good, but at times they can lack the empathy you would expect.
