good place for elderlies.
Having my Father in aged care is hard, the way I was treated by staff because I wanted spend time with him made it very hard. Great place if you agree with them on mininal contact from family aside from one that pays the bills.
Our Dad was looked after with extremely high level care, love and attention. The staff are very professional and also caring and understanding to the residents and the families that visit. I truly recommend visiting this aged care facilities at Clayton
Well kept. Quiet environment. Friendly people. Community room. BBQ area. Chapel.
My Mother (94) lives here. Wish the catholic church support it, so that they can employ permanent Nursing Staff, instead of volunteers. After all, my mother lived with the Rosary since I remember for 60 years, and to suffer in a catholic home is heart-breaking. Unfortunately, I do not live in Australia, but I leave very SAD every time I visit. To me, this is a missed opportunity in my life, not knowing what to anticipate this period of my Mother's life. So, if you have an aging parent my advise is plan ahead, and try to add a few extra rooms to your home so that you can care for them, with assistance of a care-giver.....if necessary. PLAN AHEAD. I hope my review would help save misery to some future aging people....and their loved ones.
