We have only visited a couple of times since my partner's mother in law has taken up residence. The open areas are luxuriously furnished and the staff seem very attentive and happy. Louis the activities coordinator is a very happy positive personality.
An exceptional care facility, committed management team, caring and dedicated staff. We have had a family member in residence for 7 years and could not fault the care she has received, particularly through the covid crisis.

This is a beautiful place. Has Ageing in Place, so you can retire to the apartment, then receive more care as is needed.

Victoria By The Park supports eligible government funded residents with subsidised fees.
Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
