During my Mother’s 4 years at Vermont Aged Care she received thoughtful, respectful and diligent care from all the staff, which I called Angels. Nothing was ever a problem with all queries followed up and I was always keep informed. I have no reservations in recommending VAC
My family and I would like to thank all the staff at Vermont Aged Care for the love they have shown and the excellent care they have provided to our mum during the years she was a resident there (from 2018 to 2022). My mum actually called the place her home. All the staff are wonderful, kind and caring and they went the extra mile to ensure she was happy & cared for. Especially during the Covid lock downs the facility was run very efficiently by the team with all the staff challenges experienced by the sector. The facility is very efficiently run by Gerry and his team and his selection of staff is to be commended. We would highly recommend this aged care to anyone.
Big thank you goes out to Vermont Aged Care for taking the best care of our mum. From the 1st tour with Linda, Vermont Aged Care is a great facility with caring and loving staff. My mum had stayed with me prior to entering Vermont Aged Care so I know first hand the extra care they took to help her with her every day needs and also making her as comfortable as possible. Helping her go to dialysis at box hill hospital three times a week and doing the best they could with her recovery afterwards. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Vermont Aged Care. My father was in Vermont Aged Care since November 2019. The facility is modern, clean and well run. The staff and the carers are extremely good. My father was looked after very well. I would like to thank Gerry and his staff for looking after my 100 year old Dad and treating him with love and dignity
