Poor communication between staff and family, after checking all was well with the care of my loved one’s dementia care family flew in from interstate to sign permanent care documents, 1hour before meeting manager Penny rang to withdraw position without warning, we were promised daily calls with updates whilst we desperately looked for a facility that could help, we have never heard from manager once! My loved one is now well cared for in a facility that wants to help them, the staff manage dementia behaviours extremely well.
They look after QUEENIE HILLARY very well. & they serve Tea n Coffee to visitors.
Worked here as a Agency Staff, the retirement village, nursing home and lock ward. Are presented in a clean, welcoming and friendly environment. The staff are incredibly helpful and make the work atmosphere seem more like a family.
Well presented and clean, staff were very friendly
