Never put your vulnerable loved one with Uniting Care. They are about the bottom dollar milking vulnerable clients for every dollar they have whilst allowing management to abuse and degrade vulnerable persons family members.
Our brother 66, who has dementia went into Garden Suburb in November 2021, he settled in really well since day one. The staff and residents have made him welcome, he can spend time on his own and join in the different activities as he wishes. Even though our brother went in the nursing facility during the Covid outbreak, they have made sure the residence are kept healthy and happy. We have peace of mind knowing we made the right decision in placing our brother where he is. Everyone from Management to the nursing staff are all wonderful, keeping us informed off all we need to know about our loved one health and well-being.
