There has been a decline in the management of this home in the last six years. It is nothing like the original 'Urrunga' my mother went into six years ago. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff has also declined considerably. It's all run for profits now, no real concern for the residents.
This was an amazing place 3years ago. Change of management has seen a decline in care for residents and staff numbers. Activities have been significantly reduced - now residents are placed in front of the TV as an activity. The quality of food has declined - no longer the variety, gone are cakes, scones etc. Budgets/profits are put above resident care. Good staff are being lost. Number of high care residents has increased (brings in more $) were before there was a good mix.

Fantastic retirement village with clean, spacious rooms, and friendly nurses and management. Lovely gardens for the residents and families to enjoy.
