About our home
Opened in 2019, Uniting AgeWell Preston Community features a range of amenities including formal lounges, a dining room, chapel, library, cinema, and a multipurpose activities room. Additional facilities include the Bell Café offering alfresco dining, a mini-mart, and a hair salon. Landscaped courtyards and sensory gardens provide areas for relaxation.
The care provided is flexible and tailored to individual resident needs, with staff trained in dementia care. Emotional and spiritual support is facilitated by on-site Chaplains. A Concierge service helps residents and families set and achieve personal goals. Additionally, a lifestyle Program operates daily, offering a variety of activities designed to engage different skills and interests.

This is the third nursing home my mum has been in, and it is by far the best. Mum has Alzheimer's and can get quite agitated, but the staff there are brilliant at knowing what to do.
As PCA I had good experience and shift with kind team...the place is beautiful clean and organised..UAW is much better than Blucross..
Looking for an aged care option for a loved one is not easy, but, after the facility tour and guidance from Kris my decision was easy. All the staff from Reception to the floor personnel are so friendly and always greet you with a smile and a cheerful ‘hello’. I have no hesitation is recommending them and openly wish to say ‘thank you’. Elaine
Clean, respectful, new, for all its residents, love the new place love the staff. Food is amazing. The views are outstanding.
