Looks after its people as it should. Not a bad word to say.
Very lovely home, staff are Communicative if there are issues or urgent matters for your loved ones and there is a sense of care & respect for the residents. I feel safe knowing my father is taken care of by the lovely carers nurses admin staff , there’s been a definite change since new management came in. We weren’t fond of the previous manager very unethical and lacking compassion.
I am working as a PCA in different facilities but I love this place.Friendly staff, good management and lovely residents.miss you all.
Both my parents spent their last months here. The care was fantastic. Staff so caring, with your best interests at heart. Really beautiful people. Sorry to gush, but it that's how i feel. You hear a lot of horror stories about aged care and the decision to put someone into a home is brutal. If i had s third parent i wouldn't hesitate to go back to Condare court.
My gorgeous Nan is in this home, she is happy and that makes us happy. The staff I have encountered are caring. Food is fresh and the premises clean. The premises are a little dark due to its age and design. But I would recommend. Like anywhere we have encountered issues but they are responsive.
