Would highly recommend for many reasons. Staff genuinely care for your loved one and exceptional in every aspect of their job. Reception staff and management were also wonderful. Mum has now past away but regularly would tell me she loved living here. Footnote: NO nasty nursing home smells also a bonus.
I had my sister at Andrew Kerr Care for the last twelve months of her life. The Staff were very compassionate and professional in their approach to her care. The facility has a spacious ambience and there are lots of alternative places for social visits. I would recommend it as a highly suitable placement for your relative if they are in need of permanent aged care.
By far the best ages care I have ever been to. they have dedicated staff who work tirelessly to ensure they deliver quality care the only place I have seen residents get heard. Where complaints are heard and addressed effectively! The care is outstanding i love love Andrew Kerr
Probably one of the best in Mornington BUT the food is not the best, residents complain but are never heard,it’s either you eat it or go without. I don’t think a cheese pizza or party pie and sausage rolls are an ideal dinner.
Volunteer here. Great place . Staff and clients are awesome. Especially the Day Centre. Come and have a look if you'd like to join us. H
