Administration & communication to family members is terrible. Booking in to see a loved one is unorganised & very time consuming,needs improvement.

Three Tree Lodge is an aged care facility in Lithgow NSW. There is a newly opened dementia wing with 14 nicely appointed rooms. The staff are fantastic, but not enough of them.
My husband was a resident of Three Tree and as much as we wanted to keep him at home I couldnt sustain the full-time care he needed. At Three Tree he received the best of care, the staff were amazing and very caring. In the last days they went above and beyond to make sure that the family were given every support and love and privacy. I highly recommend Three Tree Lodge for the facilities and the love and care that the residents receive from the staff.
