UNACCEPTABLE 1 RN covering levels 3-6 Tuesday 19th July 2022 While Facility Manager & Clinical Nurse went to conference Sleeping in room with my Precious Mother, who was in final stages of life. Rang for pain relief 745am didn't receive until after 1000am. So much more INCOMPETENCE by Facility Manager Clinical Nurse & Dr, I have with photo evidence. Nurses give 💯 plus care, with loyal nurses, not supported, and serving meals & washing up duties, from dinner. Unfortunately Management don't support, genuine long term loyal staff I was unaware, until my Mother's Final Stages of Life, and sleeping on mattress on the floor, to support, my Mother These apalling conditions, over worked, under paid nurses. NEGLIGENCE PATIENTS CARE SIGNS Not updated for mobility, new or casual staff, unaware of patients real conditions to give proper care, causing falls & shortening lives. Which happened in July 2021, during lockdown Medication with palliative care Dr whilst clinical nurse in room, NOT noted by clinical nurse. If I had left and not confirmed medication, my Mother would have lost 3 months of Precious time with family. Clinical nurse did not note or listen to advise by Pallative Care Dr, who Mum, has continued to care for her prior & during her time at the Royce. Clinical nurse, did not take note, alterations of medication, to be reduced by 200mg. After 3hrs requesting Clinical nurse to confirm with Pallative Care Dr. Finally Clinical Nurse & Facility Manager, agreed to ring pallative care Dr to confirm medication, decreased. Heaven help any resident, whose family, don't visit. UNACCEPTABLE Sadly my Precious Mother passed evening 22nd July 2022. Thank you so much to the long term Nursing Staff for the exceptional care given. The pressure of being taken away from residents care, to serve meals and wash dishes, is unacceptable.

Avoid. Residents are left unattended for hours, in their pajamas and soiled underwear until midday with blinds closed and doors shut. Residents slumped over in chairs in hallways with no interaction or acknowledgement. The workers seem either understaffed or unsupported, a mess of a facility masked by nice gardens and bright, tacky colored cheap furniture. Kudos to the groundskeepers.

Here is a tip. Next time you are showing through perspective buyers, it might not be such a great sales tactic to turn to one of them and say 'Well obviously you are very sick' and imply that they are ready to drop dead. Unbelievable. Needless to say, my parents aren't going to settle down at The Royce, nor is my father's voice problem an indication he is about to die.

Nice design. The public bathroom is amazing I love the splash back in the bathroom. I loved the beauty salon it’s a really nice the style and design is amazing. They can do my hair anytime they are amazing. The boss there at the beauty salon is super nice all the ladies there is nice & lovely.
