The majority of staff here are lovely, some not so much unfortunately. The residents rooms are a decent size. The gardens could do with alot of work in the courtyards

Have never been inside The Oaks as was dropping off a Dr while he checked on a patient. The outside seems well kept with plenty of parking. Saw many people struggle to park in the allocated parking spots. Suggestion would be to make them wider. Highlight was a gentleman talking about his 2007 6.4 ltr Jeep.

Why are you hiding reviews that are negative, my partners review about the poor treatment of his mother has been hidden by the business owners/managers. What a terrible thing to do, hiding a negative review to hide constructive criticism. Goes to show the integrity of the business/nursing home. I would like to warn anyone considering the oaks to show diligence in their consideration.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, however considering the negligent treatment my wife received at The Oaks, I have to say something. In the three weeks she was there, she had four trips to the hospital due to various injuries. Lots of bruising and bleeding. My son visited her one day and found her laying semi conscious on the floor with a bleeding arm wound. Long story short, a nurse on duty took it upon herself to deny my wife from returning to the Oaks whilst in hospital. I had no other feasible option but to take her home, and care for her whilst I recover from heart surgery. Please listen to the community and medical staff, this place has a bad reputation for a reason.
