My auntie fell out of her bed and broke her back in several places. She is in hospital fitted with a brace. This could have been avoided if the staff had placed mates on the floor beneath her bed. Not enough care was taken to about this extremely serious incident.

My beautiful yiayia Dionissia spent her last 37 days in this lovely aged care facility. Our family would like to thank the wonderful staff for making her feel comfortable and taking such good care of her. Special mention to Angela who really went that extra mile to make her feel safe. Thank you 🙏

Understaffed. Badly managed. Overall unwelcome experience. I wouldn't recommend admitting your elderly family members here for their safety and sanity. Can't give zero stars, so 1 is all they get.

Mum has been at The Alexander since the 17/01/19 , I’m so happy with the care she is given , the room is lovely along with the all facilities, Plenty of activity’s to participate in.. The staff from hands on to executive and everyone in between and behind the scenes have gone above and beyond to ensure her transition is as any as possible .
