Great facility! I have been making calls quite often to speak to my mother in law lately and the receptionist girl that I spoke to was simply amazing. She answered all my questions I had (there was many) as well as listened to me ramble… 😂 and in general my experience with her was the best iv had in my years of living. She had such a bubbly personality and i can really just tell others must have the same experience with her. I believe her name was Alana or Lana so if you see this, WELL DONE! 😊 (sorry if that’s not the right name but I’m pretty certain) and from what my mother in law tells me the staff at summit care Wallsend are doing a great job!

What a wonderful group of Staff at SummitCare Wallsend! Such caring, respectful and helpful people to myself and our Dad, Dennis! So many names to mention and I don't want to miss anyone. Anyone I have dealt with are always there for Dad, providing much needed care and support. Especially want to thank our lovely and amazing Staff in Magnolia caring daily and constantly for Dad's specials needs under very busy conditions at times, the wonderful RN's there solving my requests so happily, the beautiful physio staff giving Dad regular massages he so enjoys, the kind kitchen staff who do special orders for him ( you all know who you are!) and to all who encourage him to be his best. Mustn't forget the fabulous front desk staff, such busy times! The smiling and cheery Coffee shop girls and people so welcoming who you just meet in the corridor! Of course the Administrative Staff too, guiding this great Aged Care Facility. Thank you, thank you so much! HAVE A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS , you so all deserve it! Sally, Jeff, Claire and Rod

We can't thank Summitcare Wallsend enough for their excellent care of our sister and brother-in law. Robyn Blackwell and her team are so understanding and compassionate- they not only do they care for the residents but they also care about them. Any inquiry or request is answered immediately and they do whatever possible to allay any concerns. We are kept well informed and regularly consulted which makes being so far away from our loved ones so much easier. Robyn Blackwell is an incredible person. She has been a blessing to us.

I would like to say that our experience with Summit at Wallsend has been a positive one in a most difficult time for our family. We can't fault your staff who have been so kind and supportive to mum whilst in respite care which was at such short notice. They truly looked at the resident involved in a holistic manner from the Facility Manager, who was so kind and caring to the ground staff who I could not fault. A resident-centred care approach with flexibility to accommodate his/her needs, including and supporting the family which is paramount.
