I found a fabulous home offering wonderful care & services to frail aged people. Lovely atmosphere in the dining & lounge areas especially at breakfast time. Happy positive staff also open to learn & grow. The facility is clean & tidy reflective of staff attitude. Well done team Penrith.
A dank and boring place. Not enough activities for the residents. Poor old darlings wandering the halls. No opportunities to go outside. The food is terrible- only reheated meals. Avoid at all cost.
Would recommend. staff are thorough. Helpful, and very caring. Clean premises, plenty of activities for the able persons. Staff are very good to the settling in and transition of patients. Of course, there are never enough staff for any hospitals, so of course they work very hard. Good job. Patients and a few family members I have spoke to are happy here.
