Lovely private hospital in Hoppers Crossing.
Clean and staff very caring.
The facility is very clean, nice reception staff. I don't see nursing staff interactive with residents, seems too clinical and not personal. There is no where residents can sit outside for sunshine and freash air., Just seems a "cold" environment, with residents left on their own for long periods.
Good relatively new facility. Terrible, inexperienced top management makes decisions based on rumours and hatred rather than skills and expertise. Underpaid, constantly interrogated low morale staff - poorly reflects on residents.
Facility is beautiful. Staff are very pleasant and hard working in order to provide exceptional care for the patients and residents. Could use more staff in order to balance the amount of patients. The facility is warm, clean and welcoming.
