The staff pretend they can't hear your or ignore you. They don't shower high care patients or turn them properly. My family member got a bed sore after only a short time there. They are short staffed. Awful place for elderly that are high care.
I teach Tai Chi & Qigong to the Residents here, every Tuesday, and have for over 5 years. I like the Premises, Staff and Residents, very much!
My mum is a resident at St Vincent's and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff are wonderful.
I have to say how disgusted I am when I was told by my family that when a family member passed away recently there, within hours our family was told to get our grandmother Joans belongings out. Don't worry about mourning her death, we need her stuff out now. Clearly treats it's residents just as numbers. Absolutely appalled.
I move around a lot and my Mum lives at Saint Vincents care service in Bauer St. I visit often and cannot fault the care and attention given to my Mother. The staff are extraordinary and I walk away after each visit knowing my Mother is in the best care facility I could ever find. From the care staff to the manager and admin team the ethos of care is carried out on a daily basis. Thankyou Saint Vins for not only looking after my Mum but also for allowing me to have peace of mind. 5 star
