Nurses never pick up the calls…. So irresponsible. If they pick up… they are always soo rude. I called 0500 hrs (night RN) on 18/12/2022 to call in sick for night shift which was supposed to be 1030 hours, so they can find another person easily but nurse from level 3 rd pick up and talk to me soo rudely that why are you call me, I can’t help you. She was this rude with staff then how she is with resident.

Such a rude RN. I went there to work through agency as an AIN today date 17/01/2022 on level 3. I did afternoon shift finishing at 9pm. After finishing shift i went to RN of level 3 to sign my agency form and she scolded me saying “ signature signature. You people cant see that i am busy” such a rude RN. She Don’t know how to show respect to other people. If she was too busy than she could tell that she is busy n to wait to her for few minutes in a polite way. But she replied in such a aggressive, rude way. Don’t know how she deal with the patients there in an aged care. So, I went downstairs an signed my form with another RN

I think this place is fantastic! Of all the homes I have visited recently, this one is the tops! Every Staff member has been pleasant...and patient!!..in dealing with enquiries and go over and above to help patients/visitors. Yesterday, I spoke with Leanne and Esther...and others in previous days...all the same. Staff like these are a facility's best asset! Thank You!

I did my placement at the Aged Care and it's such a nice place! Staff are lovely, the place is clean and the residents are amazing! Not much parking and the system they use isn't the greatest and the machines barely ever work resulting in fines but that isn't anything to do with the Aged Care! I'd definitely recommend this Aged Care! They really look after their staff and residents really well!

A private hospital, a little understaffed but friendly, helpful nurses. The food is hospital food, need I say more. Though the chef puts an effort into menu and makes beautiful soups. Parking is easy and cheaper than most. Hard to get to as access only on South side of road. No right turn is possible. Medium to good private hospital.
