I went to work there and can't explain how terrible I felt about staff specifically that RN who has such a worst attitude. It would be better for all the staaf and resident of that facility if manage fire that RN.

It’s an older facility and the carers there are generally lovely. However, Laura who manages the facility was very judgmental towards my family and I and she had a nasty attitude when talking to me. She didn’t make us feel welcome at all which was sad to see. When our family member needed medical treatment she didn’t even bother update our family and just went ahead. It makes you think how bad things have to be for Laura to actually contact a family! I have also caught her blatantly lying several times to my face. There are much better nursing’s homes in Perth. Do NOT trust Laura with your loved ones. Once they are at St Rita’s they take over all aspects of your loved ones life and don’t give you any say in how they are looked after.
