Wonderful staff with heartfelt caring for the residents. Thank you ♥️
Great staff and great care and home cooked meals. Permanent Team of fantastic staff rather than agency or temps. This is the huge differentiator. Was highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend to anyone needing to place a loved one.
As a former resident for a few months it was not a good experience for me. The PCA's and SOME of the nurses were great. The Fawlty Towers of aged care without the laughter. If I could have commented with less stars I would have
I've just watched Four Corners which was about Aged Care Facilities and OMG how lucky are we that mums in such a beautiful place I know mum can be a bit difficult at times and has no Idea how lucky she is to be in a place that is so clean and run so well many Thanks to all the staff kind regards Mary and Rita Lombardo
Delightful staff, lovely caring christian facilities and staff. A more dedicated group of health carers I have not yet encountered. The food is lovely and real fresh coffee for residents! Every one seems to be so well catered for. The Maronite Sisters living on site are always available to sit with residents and create such a lovely atmosphere. No fire and brimstone, just care and love when our older statesmen and women need it most.
