One star raring from the federal government. Residents having access to unprescribed medications and others having to wait for hours just for a quick toilet break. My congratulations to the management team, especially the manager with an ego and attitude the size of a mountain. Good job fellas!
Two close friends reside there and their experience has been really positive. Quality traditional Greek food, attentive and caring staff, decent sized rooms, and a real social community atmosphere. The staff have worked extra hard navigating around unprecedented periods with residents not being able to have that in-person social interaction from visits by family and loved ones. Thankfully they were at the time extra attentive to residents and were able to allay fears associated with not having visits during the worst of the state-mandated restrictions on all aged care. This is a valuable and much needed service to the Greek community. Thank you to the kind staff.
I know someone who has been living here for 6 years and she has enjoyed her experience thoroughly
