Looking after elderly mother. Staff are warm & friendly, very professional, wonderfully caring, generous with help for resident and family, great food, engagement and entertainment for those who can participate. High standard of care for the less able residents. Great infection control, no flu deaths when that was happening in other aged care facilities. Good admin help with paperwork and advice. This is the place for the elderly to retire when they choose or if they cannot stay at home.
