My mother (in her 90s) moved from the Independent Living Units of St Brigid's Green, where she had lived for seven years, to the Aged Care section. The staff were really helpful at each stage of the process, both for my mother and me. They managed my mother's anxiety and concerns about the move and found her a unit she loved and helped her settle in to her new 'home'. They also assisted me in mum's transition and were patient and helpful by talking me through the various issues applicable at each stage of the process.

Both my mother-in-law and my aunt are residents in the aged care section of St Brigid’s Green. The administration staff are very courteous and respond to my enquiries promptly. Furthermore, the office staff were very accommodating when my mother-in-law moved from independent living into aged care. The nursing staff are very friendly, caring and are in regular contact especially if any health issues with my family arise. The dedicated staff have various activities planned throughout the week to keep residents entertained. I’m very happy and confident that my family is in safe hands at St Brigid’s Green.

I have been very impressed by St Brigid's aged care. The nurses we have met have been simply outstanding. They are so kind and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Management and other staff are also exceptional, and always go out of their way to make difficult times easier. I've had both parents through St Brigids and our experience has been very positive. 5 stars.

Aged Care facility is a nice place but dangerously understaffed. Frustratingly impossible to get anyone to even answer the phone on most days. Residents needing attention can be left unattended for way too long. Don't send anything to the laundry if you don't want it crushed and bleached!
