Terrible. Had my grandfather in there and it was a huge mistake. We had a worker threaten to slap my mother. During covid they shut off from visitors and would allow window visits then changed their minds. We took him home for some quality time and were told we gave him a UTI despite the fact that he already had 2 UTIs under their care. Older people get UTIs it's what happens. The boss Sean was rude to my mother and got in her face when she questioned him. Ultimately we found that they left him on the floor and we found that he was flinching a lot when we'd go to touch him. We never received an apology from the aggressive manager and that's ok we've seen workers and they bad mouth him all the time and we've seen some of the workers who were rude to us hang their heads to avoid us, probably guilty. Don't put your loved one in there.

This is a truly welcoming home staffed by people in all roles who make the residents & their families feel special & cared for. Professional, clean, great facilities & a terrific feel. I couldn't recommend it highly enough to anyone. Nothing was ever a problem - first class.

I cannot adequately express my appreciation and gratitude to the amazing staff at Rutherford Park. The personalised care and attention they give not only my father, but from what I have witnessed, every resident is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they all go the extra mile to ensure my father is not only extremely well cared for but happy as well. If anyone is considering nursing home care for themselves or their loved ones I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. You won't find better in my opinion.

The care and nursing staff are very helpful, and attentive. But they seem understaffed and the staff are overworked. The buildings are new, and the carpets are clean, but the entire facility is geared towards profit and extracting every dollar it can. It leaves a poor taste in the mouth.
