Shocking place to work the boss is a narcissist the residents don’t go on outings that often they have been given a bedtime curfew and they eat quiche 3 times a week and they don’t get a choice it’s made for them by staff it’s a very very sad place as the residents are stuck inside all day everyday there is no choice or dignity no1 rule for age care commission dignity and choice
The residents are great - management is very very poor, I would not recommend living or working here.
Beautiful facility, the food served is pretty good too. Lovely residents. From the day it opened it had Poor Management. The other reviews are very accurate. Worked along side some wonderful mistreated staff. Manager even fraudulently signed documents for someone else. Dodgey as they come
Not even worth a star! Extremely poor management
Beautiful facility but the work culture is the worst, you are left to work and learn as you go on your own, majority of staff are racists, no stability in management. There are more times spend on staff meetings rather than staff training development! It doesn’t matter how long you are working for the same industry, this company will not recognise your service!
