Very well organised nursing home, especially with Covid, they are doing a wonderful job keeping everyone safe. The staff take care of all the residence very well, my mother-in-law is very happy staying there and they have implemented Zoom sessions so that we are still able to see her despite the lockdown. They also try their best to converse with her despite hearing and language difficulty (the staff that can write Chinese will write to communicate with her). A big thank you to all the staff that are providing services, a great team under the leadership of Wendy, well done!

Wonderful aged care facility, very clean, organised and friendly staff headed by Wendy. She and her team make residing in this space very enjoyable for the elderly through their nurturing and caring ways. My mother is greatly enjoying her stay here, highly recommend!

My mom stayed at OLC Rocky Point for just over 2 years. During that time I found the staff members to be genuinely caring and very helpful. Mom thoroughly enjoyed her time there, always commenting on the nice food and the daily activities and obviously the caring staff. The residence is extremely clean and has a lovely garden at the back which mom loves. At the beginning of Covid, OLC implemented a strict Covid Safety Plan very early and locked the residence down to outsiders, ensuring the safety of the residents and staff. However, they make sure relatives were still in touch with their loved ones during this time by using Zoom. Recently, there has been a lot of negative media surrounding nursing homes however, I believe OLC is truly an exception and should be used as the gold standard within the industry. A lot of this is due in part to the effort of facilities manager Wendy Chow who consistently went above and beyond in caring for the residents.
