My Grandmother (age 93) has been residing @ Regis Capel sound for a couple of years now. The staff are just so lovely & caring. She couldn’t be in better hands. I get phone calls saying they are taking Nan out on the bus -going to Sorrento for fish & chips or Flinders for a drive. She can eat in the dining room or eat in her unit if not feeling up to it. They have games, newspaper readings & many other activities to keep all the residents busy & entertained. Thoroughly recommend.
For the many years that Ellen has been a resident at Regis Rosebud I have only experienced love and dedication by all to giving a quality of life to residents. The staff are very helpful and have great patience. They have skills to cover the needs of residents. Management are professional and keep family/careers informed of the day to day workings. This review comes directly from my heart. My brother Charles is in Regis rosebud. I visit weekly I find his care is exemplary and I find the staff. / carers/ nurses/ office staff /management/ every one associated with his care to do everything to make his life there complete. The carers Make sure he is happy. Lifestyle leisure girls. Always go out of there way to make him feel like he is family in summing up. I am disgusted with the level of care for the dementia patients. I visit my Aunty regularly. Firstly the way the staff ignore the patients requests. Then today the asian women and Caucasian women both ive never seen snapped and snarled at tony. And then yes u have a gastro out break but ffs tony was vomiting and do u think i could find someone to help. Noòooo i had to go to another unit. And this is not the first time. I get it yr working hard but show some friggin respect and have someone on the unit for care. These are dementia patients and have no idea just think one day this could be u
