I can not speak highly enough!! The staff are absolutely delightful, very helpful and involved. Nothing is too much trouble. The place is spotless clean and lovely fitted out. My in laws speak so very highly of their treatment in every way. They said the food has been great and the staff so knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in a stressful time by getting them in so fast and the whole family is relieved they have the help they so badly need. Andrew, the manager has been fantastic and really made them feel comfortable. Can’t thank you all enough.
The staff here are very caring but it is understaffed. Management really need to employ more staff. My father is always unshaven and residents are kept waiting for assistance due to staff shortages.
Very pleasant place to work....helpful management & staff.
